By entering the platform, as a content writer, you accept the terms and conditions set
forth in this agreement.
The content writers accept that all the content, understood as a work contract by
order, is regulated by Law 23 of 1982.
You, as content creator, accept to transfer all the copyright rights to EDITORIAL
GLOBAL DE PUBLICACIONES S.A. and COLOMBIAN TARGET MEDIA S.A.S, hereinafter GLOBSA.
The author's patrimonial rights that are assigned through the agreement include (but
not limited to) those listed below:
Reproduction, editing, and posting in any known or to be known media, exploitation
in all known or to be known ways, public communication, distribution, and making
available in any known or to be known media, translation.
In general, all the modalities of exploitation of the work by sale, rental, loan, or any
other onerous or free form; public communication in any medium or modality known
or to be known; rental, sale, loan or licensing of physical or digital support or any
other nature known or to be known in any known or to be known format; exhibition
and exploitation in any form and format for free and / or onerous; broadcasting,
dissemination, reproduction by digital or similar means, public exploitation for free
and / or expensive.
Adaptation in any known or to be known format, derivation in any type of artistic work
or of any other nature to be done by GLOBSA, or a third party that it designates in
any way.
Likewise, the creator of content transfers in favor of GLOBSA the right of
transformation and / or derivation of the work to any format or modality of economic
exploitation such as:
Brands, services, or products in any known or unknown nature, either to be exploited
by GLOBSA or through others.
Similarly, the content writer states that under this agreement GLOBSA acquires the
exclusive right to adapt, revise, or amend the works under this agreement when it
deems appropriate.
All those patrimonial rights of author that enshrines the Law 23 of 1982, the Law 33
of 1987, and the Law 44 of 1993, and all those dispositions that add and / or regulate
them.
For its part, GLOBSA is committed to writers to respect at all times the moral rights
of the author, whenever you use the content created for the platform.
